Return Period:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and invoice must be retained
- Used or damaged products are not eligible for return

Excluded Products:
- Customized or modified products
- Global Picks products (delivery takes 7-10 days and are non-returnable)

Return Process:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp within the return period
2. Send a photo of the product along with the reason for return
3. We will contact you within 24 hours to complete the process

Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
